For In-House Teams
AI for in-house legal teams
Legal at the pace of the business.
SwiftLaw gives in-house legal teams one system that runs every legal touchpoint.
Requests from the business enter one front door, get triaged and routed, and run through drafting, negotiation, and review on a single line — with your attorneys at every gate. The business gets answers at its own pace; your team gets its time back for the work that actually needs a lawyer.

Every request lands in one place, gets classified, and routes to the right workflow — no more legal-by-inbox.

The standards your team applies become the standard every matter runs on, and survive turnover.

What does SwiftLaw do for in-house legal teams?
It provides one system for the full lifecycle of legal work: intake and triage of business requests, AI drafting and negotiation against your playbook, attorney review with tracked changes, a searchable repository of documents and decisions, and live reporting on the legal pipeline.
How does attorney review work?
Your attorneys stay in control. Templated, repetitive work runs autonomously, while judgment calls route to your supervising attorneys for sign-off with full context. SwiftLaw is a software platform, not a law firm, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship — final legal judgment stays with your counsel, backed by a full audit trail of what was decided, by whom, on what basis.
How does this change the in-house operating model?
Most legal tech makes individual lawyers faster but leaves the operating model unchanged — every request still needs a lawyer to pick it up and push it forward. SwiftLaw runs the routine work end to end and involves your attorneys where their judgment is needed, so team capacity scales with the business instead of with headcount.
Is our data secure and confidential?
Yes. All client data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+, stored in encrypted AWS infrastructure scoped to your tenant and located entirely in the United States. SwiftLaw never uses customer content to train AI models and is SOC 2 Type I certified, with a Type II audit in progress and continuous monitoring through Vanta.
