For Finance Counsel

AI for credit and capital markets

Precedent-perfect paper, portfolio-wide visibility.

SwiftLaw's AI agents draft and review credit documentation and track covenants across the portfolio.

Credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security documents draft from your precedents and redline against market terms. Covenants, baskets, and reporting obligations are extracted into a live portfolio view. Compliance questions are answered from the documents themselves, with citations.

What does AI credit documentation software do?

It drafts credit agreements and ancillary documents from your precedents, reviews counterparty drafts against market terms, extracts covenants and baskets into a structured portfolio view, and answers questions about any facility with citations to the governing document.

How does attorney review work?

Your attorneys stay in control. Templated, repetitive work runs autonomously, while judgment calls route to your supervising attorneys for sign-off with full context. SwiftLaw is a software platform, not a law firm, and using it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Final legal judgment stays with your counsel, backed by a full audit trail of what was decided, by whom, on what basis.

Can it handle bespoke, heavily negotiated facilities?

The agents produce the strongest first pass on documents that follow patterns your precedents capture, and route heavily negotiated provisions to your attorneys with the relevant precedent language surfaced alongside. The more your team negotiates on the platform, the more of your market knowledge it captures.

Is deal data secure and confidential?

Yes. All client data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.2+, stored in encrypted AWS infrastructure scoped to your tenant and located entirely in the United States. SwiftLaw never uses customer content to train AI models and is SOC 2 Type I certified, with a Type II audit in progress and continuous monitoring through Vanta.
