SwiftLaw has completed its SOC 2 Type I audit.

SOC 2 is an information security standard developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA). It lets an independent third party assess a service company's controls for security, availability, and confidentiality.

We completed our audit with Johanson Group, who reviewed our policies, procedures, and infrastructure across the areas that matter most for protecting client data: access controls, change management, encryption, backup and recovery, business continuity, and incident response.

We monitor these controls continuously through Vanta, not only during the audit window. We share our SOC 2 report with clients and prospects under NDA on request.

We handle confidential materials for institutional clients in regulated industries, so security is foundational to the work. The SOC 2 Type I report is one step in that program. We will continue to invest in our security posture and maintain our audit cadence going forward.
